Both events raised significant funds and highlighted what happens when folks pitch in together. From San Rafael to Sausalito, Novato to Mill Valley, the heart of Marin beat strong for these causes.

San Rafael Elks’ “May Madness” Afterparty a Rousing Success

The San Rafael Elks Lodge showed, once again, just how committed they are to the community with their annual “May Madness” afterparty. On May 9th, people gathered on the terrace of their San Rafael Clubhouse for a lively night.

About 150 attendees came out to celebrate and support the cause. The vibe was upbeat, with members and supporters mingling and enjoying the evening.

A Generous Turnout from Across the County

This afterparty didn’t just draw locals; people from all over Marin showed up. Familiar faces like Dean Aure, Sydney Fairbairn, and Bob Meier of Novato joined the fun.

The Elks announced they raised more than $10,000—a number that really says a lot about the dedication of their members and the support they get from residents across the county.

Come to the Table Celebrates with Inspiring East Bay Support

That same day, Come to the Table held its annual celebration and fundraiser at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Marin City. Roughly 140 people turned out, filling the room with a genuinely warm, giving energy.

People came from near and far, all eager to support the cause. There was a real sense of community in the air.

Belvedere, Mill Valley, Novato, Sausalito, and San Rafael Unite

Come to the Table’s reach is impressive. Residents from Belvedere, Mill Valley, Novato, Sausalito, and San Rafael all showed up to back this vital organization.

Among the guests were Gerri Miller of Belvedere, and Sarah Leipsic and Elana Rosen-Brown of San Rafael. It felt like a true gathering of Marin’s best.

A Champion of Community Collaboration

The night had a special moment when Rabbi Elana Rosen-Brown received a trophy. A big group photo captured the spirit of collaboration and appreciation that filled the room.

Come to the Table shared that their fundraiser brought in more than $40,000. It’s a huge achievement and shows just how committed Marin residents are to supporting organizations that keep people connected and provide real help when it’s needed.
