A Legacy of Inclusive Leadership

Established in 2018, this unique organization holds the distinction of being the world’s first LGBTQ+ valued Rotary club. The group actively works to advance representation, inclusive leadership, and local community development.

Challenging Stereotypes Through Action

By operating as a diverse network of action-takers, the club proudly challenges outdated stereotypes. It brings together LGBTQ+ professionals, activists, and allies within a welcoming and collaborative space.

Operating as a grassroots movement, the organization relies on passionate volunteers rather than top-down management structures. Members regularly participate in hands-on projects like park cleanups, youth shelter support, and vital global health initiatives.

Joining this network connects individuals to a massive global community of over 1.2 million members worldwide. Beyond service work, participants benefit from professional networking, mentorship, and lifelong friendships built in a supportive environment.

Locals interested in learning more can attend an upcoming social gathering designed to introduce newcomers to the group’s mission. A special “Discover Rotary” event is scheduled for Monday, November 16, 2026, at the Bank of America Community Room in San Francisco.
